- Carrying
out Electrical & Plumbing repairs as per Work Requests from officers - Follow
up Preventive Maintenance Plan as directed by Estates Manager or Technical
Work Supervisor (TWS). - Carrying

advanced diploma in Electricity and a training certificate
of at least 6 months in plumbing
or vice-versa. - Should
have a minimum 5 years experience in similar work (plumbing, Electrical
work and basic repair of white goods- Cooker, washing machine etc). - Very
good knowledge of Electrical and plumbing work - Knowledge
of water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial
and industrial buildings - Experience
of identifying requirements and implementing a plan to meet them. - Organisation
