MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing, planning and managing the
publication of all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion,
including leaflets, posters, flyers, banners, newsletters, and
e-newsletters.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing
adverts in the press – regional and national publications – and on the
radio, depending on the organization and the campaign, all consistent with
overall Bank vision.
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to
communicate the company message to existing and new customers.
- Ensuring that all the Bank’s media,
advertising and sales literature meet the bank’s requirements and that
branding is consistent.
- Gathering and interpreting information to
identify opportunities, present insights, conclusions and recommendations
related to competitive pricing, customer acquisition and retention and
other strategic issues.
- Developing
and implementing an internal marketing programme.
- Customer
care; ensuring existing and prospective clients are satisfied with bank
services
- Responsible
for periodic marketing update reports to the management.
- Responsible
for other projects and assignments as assigned by management.
Main Requirements
Academic Qualification:
• Bachelor
degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.

Experience and other requirements:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Public
Relations experience, preferably in a Bank.

Demonstrated leadership
No disciplinary records within the last 6 months.
Thorough understanding of marketing

Expert use of MS Office applications (Word,

skills to include proficiency level with marketing data base programs, and an
