District, DORONA HOUSE; would like to recruit competent and qualified staff for
the following positions:
1. Regional
Branch Manager.
Under the
supervision of Business
Development Department, the Regional Branch Manager is
responsible of the overall branches and sub-branches Management under his
supervision and specifically the following duties:
ü Develop,
implement and monitor the business plan of the entities under his supervision ;
ü Delivery of
agreed business targets and accountability for branches objectives;
ü Analyze the
monthly financial situation and adopt remedial measures if necessary;
ü Building and
developing a high performing team through competence development performance
management and embedding core values;
ü Delivery of
excellent customer service through maintenance of high service standards;
ü Ensuring
observance of both credit and operational risk compliance in lending and
operation services;
ü Ensure and
personally supervise the implementation and compliance with policies,
procedures, instructions and standards of good management which are in place;
ü Effectively
managing and coordinating branches resources;
ü Manage staff
performance, coach and develop staff by identifying their opportunities
training needs;
ü Increase
Bank’s visibility and enhance new and existing business;
ü Work with
management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives and provide
input to these objectives and to the manner in which performance will be
measured and controlled;
ü Ensure that
all sales and customer service reporting information is provided on a timely
basis;
ü Maintain
records and prepare required periodic reports.
Qualifications
and other requirements
The candidates must:
ü Be of
Rwandan Nationality;
ü Have a
bachelor degree in Management , Economics and Finance ;
ü Proven
experience of at least 3 years in banking industry in Management position;
ü Fluent in
English and knowledge of French as added value ;
ü Team player;
ü Have
organizational skills ;
ü Demonstrate
a high level of integrity;
ü Be
immediately available to start work.
2.
Internal Auditor
Under supervision of
Head of Internal Audit Department Internal Auditor will be responsible for the
following duties:
ü Conducts
assigned audit mission successfully from beginning to end
ü Identifies
and communicates audit issues and offering recommendations relevant to business
and risk;
ü Ensures
audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process,
circumstances, and risk;
ü Develops
audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives;
ü Obtains and
reviews audit evidences
ü Ensuring
audit conclusions are well-documented;
ü Ensures adherence
to all applicable policies, regulations and professional standards;
ü Ensures
adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more
challenging assignments;
ü Draft an
audit report after each audit assignment
ü Performs
other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and other
requirements
ü Rwandan
nationality
ü Bachelor’s
degree in accounting and or finance,
ü A minimum of
at least 2 years audit experience in financial institution especially in
banking sector is required
ü Having a
certain level of professional qualification is an added advantage
ü Fluent in
English and French
ü Ready to
start the work immediately
