by the National Bank of Rwanda to provide short-term/Non –life insurance.
GREENOAKS
Global Insurance, an international insurance group based in London, acquired
majority shares of the former COGEAR Ltd and Prime Life Assurance Ltd, both
rebranded into Prime Insurance Ltd

and Prime Life Insurance Ltd respectively.

RESOURCE MANAGER
.
Role
and Responsibilities
The
Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and
objectives that are responsible for providing an employee-oriented, high
performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and
standards, goal attainment.
The
Human Resources Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies, and
programs through the HR staff; reports to the Chief Executive Officerand
assists and advises company managers about HR issues. Specific
responsibilities include:
  1. Design
    Human Resources Policies and Procedures
  2. Organisational
    Design Implementation
  3. Align
    and implement staff benefits and compensation management
  4. Ensure
    coordinate and manage timely recruitment
  5. Design,
    implement and manage Performance and Appraisal
  6. Align.
    Implement and manage staff training and development
  7. Ensure
    and facilitate Corporate Communications both internally and externally.
  8. Facilities
    Office Management
  9. Monitoring
    and ensuring organisation culture and values are implemented within
    organization
  10. Designing,
    Implementing and managing the organisations corporate social
    responsibility programme 
Qualifications
and Education Requirements
  1. A
    university degree from a tier 1 university in a business related
    discipline
  2. Good
    working knowledge of East African labour laws, legal procedures, and
    government regulations
  3. Strong
    IT skills with a good understanding and use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Language:
    Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English; French nice to have
  5. Regional
    or international experience is an added advantage
  6. MBA
    will be an added advantage

    within very strict timelines

    organizational talent combined with a structured approach to problem
    resolution.
  8. Ability
    to multi-task and prioritise, possessing a high level of resilience
    against pressure
  9. Proven
    ability to articulate (verbal / writing / presentation) complex processes
    and tasks in a structured, easy to digest manner.
