Placement Coordinator (Full time / Part Time / Flex hours)

corporations and governments, which helps improve their environmental, social,
and financial bottom lines. We are a Toronto based start-up experiencing fast

companies in the world including many Fortune 100 corporations and household
brands.
Green Standards is growing and therefore seeking new members to our team who
understand the need to work hard to achieve success, and that are interested in

and meaningful way to making Green Standards the leader in this exciting new
industry.
As a Placement Coordinator, you will be tasked with:
• Making calls to non-profit organizations to match their needs for office
furniture to current donation inventories
• Maintaining regular contact with our network of non-profit organizations to
execute time sensitive projects
• Expanding Green Standard’s network of non-profit organizations able to
receive donations
• Maintaining and updating Green Standards database of +10,000 charitable
organizations and non-profits
• Regularly update database with donation and organization information
• Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Coordinators/Director of
Operations.
Qualifications:
• Experience making high-volume, persuasive and friendly calls
• Problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Polite, professional, punctual, reliable, team player
• Experience with database maintenance
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, highly motivated to succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-faced environment
Extra assets (not required):
• Sales experience
• Ability to speak French
