recruit competent and qualified staff for the following positions:
1. Branch Manager


Job description

Under the supervision of
the Head of Business Development Department, the Branch manager is responsible
for the overall leadership, management and profitability of the Branch to
deliver business growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and
    monitor the business plan of the branch,
  • Delivery of agreed
    business targets and accountability for branch objectives;
  • Analyze the monthly
    financial situation of the branch and adopt remedial measures if
    necessary;
  • Building and
    developing a high performing team through competence development,
    performance management and embedding core values;
  • Delivery of excellent
    customer service through maintenance of high service standards,
  • Ensuring observance of
    both credit and operational risk compliance in all branch lending and
    operations service;
  • Ensure and personally
    supervise the implementation and compliance with policies, procedures,
    instructions and standards of good management which are in place;
  • Effectively managing
    and coordinating branch resources;
  • Manage staff
    performance, coach and develop staff by identifying their training needs;
  • Increase Bank’s
    visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities;
  • Work with management
    in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for the branch;
  • Maintain records and
    prepare required monthly reports;
  • Monitor overdrawn,
    checking accounts and delinquencies;
  • Communicate with other
    bank branches to assist in answering questions and resolving issues;
  • Ensure that all sales
    and customer service reporting information is provided on a timely basis;
  • Interact with senior
    management and other Bank officers to further expand existing customer
    relationships and develop new contacts;
  • Implement strategies
    to achieve goals assigned to the branch as established in Bank’s overall
    strategic plan;
  • Assist in the
    development of the annual budget for the branch and adhere to budget
    parameters.
Qualifications and other requirementsThe candidates must
  • Be of Rwandan
    Nationality;
  • Have at least a
    university degree in Economics, Finance or Management;
  • Proven experience of
    at least 3 years in banking industry;
  • Have occupied a
    supervision position;
  • Fluent in English ;
  • Team player;

 2. Procurement and
Logistic officer
Job description:
Under the administrative
supervision of the Administration manager, the Procurement & Logistic
officer is
responsible for all
procurement process and logistics management with effective compliance.
Key responsibilities:
  • Process purchase
    requisitions / orders within purchasing authority;
  • Invite, assess, and
    award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals;
  • Establish and
    negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier
    relationships;
  • Prepare and maintain
    purchasing records, reports and price lists;
  • Assist in the
    development of specifications for equipment, materials and services to be
    purchased ;
  • Administer contract
    performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance;
  • Comply with and
    maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations,
    standards, and best practices;
  • Address staffing
    resource needs and supervise purchasing clerks;
  • Ensure that stock and
    related suppliers are well managed with limited wastage;
  • Ensure efficient
    utilization of bank transport and logistics;
  • Develop and maintain
    constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and
    management;
  • Any other duties
    related to bank’s asset management deemed necessary by the Management.
Qualifications and other requirements
The candidates must:
  • Be of Rwandan
    Nationality;
  • Have at least a
    university degree in Logistic or procurement Management;
  • Proven experience of
    at least 2 years in procurement and logistics field
  • Fluent in English ;

 3. Retail banking
& Agent banking Officer
Under the supervision of
the Head of Business Development Department, the Retail banking & Agent
banking Officer will carry out the following duties:
  • Mobilize deposits of
    small customers;
  • Retaining the good
    relationship with potential customers of the bank;
  • Ensure the good
    quality of the portfolio of customers;
  • Collect and evaluate
    the branch’s operational plans and reports every week, month and quarter;
  • Propose new products
    for small customers;
  • Visit customers and
    offer them the offer of new and existing products;
  • To participate in
    specific studies in adaptation of appropriate products;
  • Ensure compliance with
    procedures;
  • Provide advice on
    small customers;
  • Develop and propose
    partnerships with various institutions in the search of small clients in
    the different employers;
  • Supervise the branches
    for good practice and recruitment of small customers;
  • Prepare and organize
    the inspection mission with support document at the branch level;
  • Prepare and assess
    periodically the indicators of his unit;
  • Participate in the
    setting of branches performance targets ;
  • Periodically evaluate
    indicators and branch performance compare to the targets ;
  • Follow the schedules
    and periodic assessments of the branches and make monitoring ;
  • Collect and process
    grievances of branches and defend their claims when required ;
  • Appraise the reports
    provided by the branches and prepare a single consolidates report for
    branches;
  • Ensure that the Agents
    are well managed in terms of : Relationship and collaboration with the
    head office and in respect of the contract;
  • Handle the complaints/requests
    from all Agents ;
  • Produce periodic
    reports.
Qualifications and other requirements
The candidates must:
  • Be of Rwandan
    Nationality;
  • Have at least a
    university degree in Economics, Management or related field;
  • Proven experience of
    at least 2 years in customer care supervisory position;
  • Fluent in English,
    French and Kinyarwanda ;
  • Team player;
  • Have organizational
    skills ;
  • Demonstrate a high
    level of integrity;
  • Prove the sense of
    hospitality;
  • Have skills in
    communication and the sense of problem solving;
    v Have skills in excel & words and be able to write a clear report;
  • Be immediately
    available to start work.
 4. Litigation
& Securities officer
Job description
Under the supervision of
the Head Legal Department, the Litigation & securities will carry out the
following
duties:
  • Review progress of
    credit litigation and working with external lawyers;
  • Make a follow up of
    enforced recovery of litigation of credit;
  • Ensure that the assets
    mortgaged to the Bank are adequately secured during the life of the loan;
  • Ensure the return
    and/or release of security documents.
Qualifications and other requirements
The candidates must:
  • Be of Rwandan
    Nationality;
  • Have at least a
    university degree in Law;
  • Proven experience of
    at least 2 years in this position or the similar position;
  • Fluent in English ;
  • Team player;
  • Have organizational
    skills ;
  • Demonstrate a high
    level of integrity;
  • Be immediately
    available to start work.
