member of the Medical team. Reporting
to the Project Medical Referent for the project based in Zalewa, Mwanza and
Dedza
Define, plan and monitor the medical
interventions in the project to ensure the implementation of the activities
according to the approved 204 log-frame and project document. The job will demand
effective coordination of senior staff and material related resources in order
to ensure the quality of care provided by MSF

In close collaboration with the project
medical referent defines, coordinate and monitors the implementation of the
medical activities according to MSF project plan, standards and protocols,
Coordinate the implementation of the staff health policies in the project
supported by the project medical referent providing regular link with health
facilities, Provide active support to coordination team for the development of
the annual plans the quarterly monitoring and project dissemination report, Be
the proactive focal person before and during an emergency, Represent MSF in
official meetings, Supporting the Operational Research team

Degree/Diploma in Clinical Medicine from
a recognised institution (MD or CO), Should have more than 5 yrs work
experience in an HIV/AIDS project, Technical skills in the field of HIV/AIDS
management, Advanced skills in computer packages i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point
and internet, Proven experience in management of the team, Excellent
communication skills both written and oral
