Rwanda concluded a contract for technical assistance over a period of 18
months, with the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources (MINAGRI) for
technical capacity building and support for 5 Dist

technical capacity building and support for 5 Dist
ricts (Musanze, Burera ,
Gicumbi, Rusizi, Nyamasheke) respectively in the North and Western Prbvince in
the field of rehabilitation of agricultural feeder roads and their maintenance
by local SMEs and Cooperatives with HIMO approach.
As
part of the execution of this mission, Helpage Rwanda would recruit: (1)
Program Manager: responsible for coordination of a team of technical experts
specialized in the transfer of capacity building (CB, TOT) and 5 Civil
Engineers for the supervision of labor-intensive works as well as the
transversal themes. The candidate should be an International Expert or National
Expert with the strong skills.
