rder No 28/03 of 2/02/2015 determining the
organizational structure, salaries and fringe benefits for employees of the
Rwanda Law Reform Commission (RLRC), The Rwanda Law Reform Commission wishes to
recruit qualified staff to fill the vacant positions of its structure. Positions
for which candidates are sought their duties and responsibilities, required
profiles and numbers of positions are as follows:

Legislative
Translation Specialist (4)
Duties
and Responsibilities   
Translate
primary and subsidiary legislation and other required documents;

Check original text to ensure that translation retain the content and the
meaning of the original material;

Check translations of technical terms and legal terminology to ensure that they
are accurate and remain consistent;
Required
Profile:
AO
in Applied Translation – Studies, Languages, Literature, Law , Arts; Or AO in
Applied Translation Studies, Law , Arts with 3, year of working experience or
Master’s Degree or Equivalent in Applied Translation Studies, Languages, Literature,
Law , Arts with 2 years of working experience Key Technical Skills &
Knowledge required:-‘Excellent knowledge in Translation;-Excellent legal
analytical -skills and writing skills:- Interpersonal Skills-Effective
communication skills; – Time Management Skills;- Computer Skills;-Complex
Problem solving Skills:- Team working ,Skills;- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English
and/ or French; -knowledge of all is an advantage
