its members. This newly created position has come about due to growth in the
business and the requirement to provide the ongoing support for future growth
of Financial Planning and the performance reporting within the organisation.
Based
in Sydney’s CBD, this role will require a proven self-starter who is
comfortable working autonomously and being managed remotely.

The
successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in:

- maintenance
of financial planning business processes and ensuring compliance with
legislation; - coordinating
planning seminars; - developing
internal reporting for Financial Planning team to support Business
Development Activity and track results; - suggesting
and developing marketing strategies to enhance further growth of Financial
Planning business; and - developing
new reporting mechanisms to provide Executive Management and Board
information on achievements.
The
ideal candidate would have greater than 5 years professional experience in a
similar role and would be PS146 qualified.
