We
are seeking a Maintenance Systems Coordinator who will be responsible
for managing the day to day and short term activities of the Maintenance Build
contract ensuring delivery to program and to the required quality. To highlight
any variations and anomalies for attention to the MS Manager for resolution
Key
responsibilities include:
  • Provide
    expert guidance on Work Management Processes ensuring the Maintenance
    Build contractor delivers a quality product
  • Ensure
    operational readiness of the Work Management System (WMS) by delivering a
    fully loaded CMMS 6 months prior to first gas
  • Ensure
    provision of SAP PM capability to capture early delivery of Maintenance
    Build outputs
  • Ensure
    data quality checks are carried out on a regular basis
  • Provide
    expert guidance on Work Management Processes to all stake holders and end
    users
  • Develop
    the capabilities with the work management system to facilitate the 120, 60,
    30 and 14 day planning requirements ensuring all data is available for
    scheduling 
Key
qualifications, skills and experience required:
  • Expert
    in SAP PM
  • Has
    implemented a fully functional work management system on a green field
    site for onshore offshore structures
  • In
    depth knowledge of Work management processes
  • Knowledge
    of Maintenance strategy development and shutdown planning
  • Knowledge
    of reliability engineering and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge
    and use of SAP application such as Contracts and procurement, BOMs,
    Inventory Management
  • Knowledge
    of Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation equipment used in the
    onshore and offshore hydrocarbon production industry.
