Management Trainee – Nampak Malawi Limited
Applications are invited from University Graduates with a First Degree in
Applied Sciences who will undergo a 24 months management training program with
half yearly program reviews.
Upon successful completion of the program, the person will be appointed in a
substantive position within our Quality department
The program is arranged in such a way that the successful candidate will spend
time in various depts. to help them understand the operational environment of
the whole business before taking up a designated position
We require candidates who are fast learners, resourceful and have good
communication and analytical skills. Those with at least 1 yr working
experience in an industrial set up will have an added advantage
