We
are looking for a Recruitment and Training officer for an internationally
trusted home care service.  They are a specialist provider for home care
services supporting older people to live independent lives at home.
You
will have experience or a background in

training and recruitment as well as a
qualification in aged or community care.To be successful in this role you will
be a switched on individual who is able to conduct training confidently and
effectively. You will also have strong communication skills with the
ability to be both empathetic and considerate of your clients’ needs as well as
be able to communicate with a range of stake holders effectively.

We
are looking for someone that is a team player that is looking to progress in
their career.
Please
note that this position is also subject to a Police Check
Essential
skills and experience:

•Valid Driver’s Licence
•2-3 years’ experience within aged/community care 
•Cert 3 in Aged/Community Care
•1+ years HR/recruitment experience/background
•2+ years Training/assessment experience 
•Strong Administration skills
Desirable:
•Training and assessment qualification
•Passionate about the community/age care sector

Benefits:
•Convenient Eastern Suburbs location close to public transport
•65-70k Salary dependent on experience
