This is an exciting position in a land based Integrated Aquaculture Agriculture
(IAA) and lake based cage culture farm, Active involved in a ll fish husbandry
functions, and taking part in the daily farm activities, Execution of
management operational plans and ensuring that aquaculture activities a
re
conducted in a smooth, safe, productive an deficient manner, This position

Must have Bachelors degree in aquaculture or Fisheries Management, Must have
good written and oral communication, strong organisational skills, good
quantitative and computer skills and a good understanding of biological
processes experience, The desired candidate must also have strong interpersonal
and team-building skills and be willing to respond constructively to direction,
Must be highly motivated and love challenges, which they can meet with
creativity, fresh ideas and ability to innovate as needed
