is currently looking for an expert in the human aspects of cross border
development for the EC Identification and Formulation mission in securing
cross-border social, economic and commercial activities in the Great Lakes Region.
The mission would be 40 working days and working language is French.

minimum of a Master’s degree in security studies, law, or a related field with
at least 6
years’ experience in security aspects of joint border management (securing and
surveillance of
border posts, fight against cross-border trafficking, police co-operation, …
);

record in programme management including appraisal, design, monitoring and
