focused, results-oriented and suitably qualified professional to fill the
following position:

Reporting to : Branch Manager/ Sub Branch Manager

Key responsibilities
• Develop an annual sales plan
• Prepare value propositions for clients
• Sell bank products to clients
• Prepare loan analysis proposal for approval by the credit committee
• Follow up on loan recoveries
• Open bank accounts for customers
• Maintain an updated list of BPR clients in his/her area of operation
• Collect market data on sales and products and advise management on the best
course of action for business growth
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities for the bank
Qualifications required
• Should have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration
• Should have experience of working as a sales executive for at least 2 years
• Strong interpersonal skills to be able to relate to customers with different
backgrounds
• Strong communicator skills
• Strong commitment to deliver results and meet deadlines
• Excellent sales and marketing skills
• Knowledge of the Rwandan banking environment
• Credit assessment skills, adequate reporting capacities and good analytical
skills
• Ability to analyse financial information
• Strong entrepreneurial skills
• Proficiency in English
