This role is focused on :
Provide leadership and strategic direction to 2 sales teams with a national
focus
Create and execute agreed strategies and plans to achieve sales targets around
SaaS based products & offerings
Extensive coaching an mentoring of sales team
Ensure marketing strategies to drive sales and subscriptions through the
partner channel
Implement effective sales processes and forecasting
Identifying opportunities for growth within the partner channels
Candidates should have:
Strong sales management experience ideally in a channel driven environment
Strong
experience and understanding of online businesses
Experience in managing sales team both field based and telephone based
Experience working within the technology space
Experience presenting complex products and the ability to build trust with key
partners
You must have outstanding communication and presentation skills enabling you to
engage and sell a vision to large groups of people
Extremely proactive and motivated
