Summary:
Vovacare
provides organizations with a complete customer feedback management solution.
Our technology allows our client’s end customers to tell how a service is
delivered, while it is happening so customer care improvements can be
initiated, where, and when, it matters. We are seeking to recruit Sales Agents.
The
Sales Agent is responsible to prospect leads, to sell and follow up until
contract signature. He/she calls, visits and present our services to potential
customers. He/she manages a market segment based on defined in

dustry sectors
(hotels and restaurants, retail stores, public sector, education, etc…).
Ultimately, he/she’s goal is to increase market share and the number of
customers within that industry sector.

Job
Responsibilities and Activities
  • Create
    a list of leads with their contacts
  • Establish
    a sales monthly visit plan
  • Identify
    new business opportunities, Visit /contact prospect make presentation to
    them
  • Do
    the follow up until the leads becomes a customer:
  • Drive
    the sale in order to meet set monthly targets
  • Develop
    sales within the sector
  • Keeps
    management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Minimum
Requirements
  • Experience
    prospecting, networking and new business development
  • Ability
    to close a sale
  • Experience
    creating and delivering sales presentations
  • Driven
    by achievement and financial rewards.
  • Good
    organization, planning, monitoring and evaluation skills
  • A
    strong understanding of customer service and market dynamics and
    requirements.
  • Willingness
    to travel domestically in geographic areas assigned
  • Fluency
    in English and Kinyarwanda languages
  • Basic
    Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
