procurement management and understanding environment of the cooperating
partners, health public sector, NGOs and private sector, Understanding of
Malawi Public Procurement Act and Regulations, Diploma in Purchasing and Supply
with 2 yrs experience or Certificate in Purchasing and Supply with 5 yrs work
experience
Preparation of St4 documents to be submitted to MRA, Ensure that LPOs are
prepared with delivery specification and reference to RFQs, Ensure proper
filing and photocopying of important documentation is done promptly on a daily
basis, Prepare bids evaluation forms for all items within the Local shopping,
Updating the procurement tracker on a daily basis an report problems to
supervisor promptly, Ensure that outstanding payments to suppliers are properly
dealt with to encourage good relations with suppliers, contract management of
all procurements within the local shopping thresholds to ensure delivery within
a proper time framework, Ensure speedy process and follow up of PRs, frequent
collaboration with requesting units and signing authorities during the process,
ensure that requesting units are properly informed of any delays of their
procurement request on a weekly basis, Review of specifications of all items
within Local shopping threshold to ensure
