Youth Alert Officer
Ensure proper documentation of all activities and
timely reporting to supervisor , Conduct trainings for YAI Club leaders and IPC
agents, Supervise youth IPC agents in the field, Ensure Listening Club leaders
are appropriately trained, Assist in territory mapping for YAI activities,
Assist in recruitment of YAI Listening clubs and development of listening
guides
Professional Certificate in Community/Rural Development/Mobilisation or Youth
development or relevant area and 2 yrs of relevant experience, Good community
mobilisation skills, Good experience in working with different teams, Excellent
oral and written communication skills, Facilitation and negotiation skills, Be
self starter, effective team player and demonstrated verifiable result-oriented
track record, just possess motorcycle driving licenc
