Quality Assurance Officer
An additional QA Officer will be required to ensure
that quality standards are maintained within all outreach clinics to improve
and maintain service delivery under the SFPO
Implement QA activities as outlined in the QA plan, Assist the QA Coordinator
in conducting annual internal QA audit, Ensure that the results of the
monitoring are recorded on the quality score forms provided, coordinated and
analysed, Ensure appropriate and timely reporting and response to AE recorded
at outreach clinics, Work with the District Family Planning, STI, HIV
Coordinators to implement and monitor quality of services delivered in the
District, Mentor the District Family planning, STI, HIV Coordinators in
providing supportive supervision to FP sites within the district, Conduct
client interviews, to assist in determining the equality of outreach clinic
performance, Frequently conduct QA assessments to PSI personnel providing
outreach services, Implement the Environmental Mitigation plan during outreach
services, establish and maintain a god working relationships with Govt, other
NGOs and the local medical community and institutions
Diploma in Nursing or Clinical Field, (Nurse Midwife Technician (with at least
2 yrs experience), Good grasp of the cause and impact of HIV/AIDS, current
issues pertaining Reproductive Health and other Social Health issues in Malawi,
Skills to analyse, interpret and assist to solve difficult problems arising
from the organisation’s cultural diversity, Be self starter, effective team
player and demonstrated verifiable result-oriented track record, experience in
reproductive health
