Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – 2 posts
Assist the M&E Technical Lead with development of a monitoring plan for all
reproductive health (RH) and HIV activities and development of tools for data
collection, develop data collection tools to support all RH and HIV activities
under SIFPO, Ensure all data required is appropriately c
aptured and stored in a
timely manner, Provide monthly reports on key indicators, Collate data from
service providers and enter it into the PSI service delivery database on a
monthly basis, Assist the M&E Technical Lead in training of all RH team on
data handling, capturing and storing, Provide field teams with technical
support in terms of data management, Assist the M&E Technical Lead in
conducting data quality audits for outreach teams, Assist the M&E technical
Lead and the RH Coordinator with any other necessary duties as required, Data
collection for reporting to USAID
Diploma in Statistics Analysis or equivalent, with minimum of 2 yrs experience
and familiarity with statistical software, Have a strong background in
statistical method analysis and evaluation, Excellent oral and written
communication skills, Be a self starter, effective team player and demonstrated
verifiable result-oriented track record
