The Leading Hand (Open Space Assets) is a very important role where you and
your team are responsible for the inspections and maintenance for all built
assets in parks and reserves ensuring they are fit for purpose. The successful
applicant will assist the Assets and Trade Teams in inspecting, reporting and
repairing all defects within your designated district.

Ideally, the successful applicant will possess:-

• A current “C” class driver’s licence (“LR” class licence would be advantage)
• Basic construction and concreting experience
• An eye for detail and be a self-starter
• Good time management skills
• Basic computer skills

Salary
and Conditions

Salary range:
This is a permanent full time position with a salary range of $52,487 to
$53,704 per annum, plus employer superannuation of up to 12%
