The Project manager will oversee and
guide all program activities implemented by CRS and partner
organizations. S/he will serve as the primary point of contact to the
donors, partners’ organizations, Government of Rwanda at national and local
levels, and other external parties. S/he must effectively manage
relationships with CRS and partner staff to establish and oversee all program
activities.

This position is considered as a part
of the senior staff team and offers competitive working conditions. The
successful candidate will at minimum have the following Qualifications
and Skills:

- Minimum
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, or related
field required. - Minimum
5 years’ experience with highly vulnerable children, social protection,
and project management - Minimum
3 years managing significant USG-funded programs required. Knowledge
of key USG regulations. - Proven
leadership and inter-personal skills and ability to build and motivate
diverse and talented teams. - Proven
experience in building and maintaining institutional linkages required. - Proven
ability to think strategically. - Cultural
sensitivity, patience and flexibility. - Demonstrated
personal accountability and driven to serve others. - Ability
to travel nationally and internationally as required. - Excellent
English language oral and written communication skills required. - Professional
fluency in French highly desirable. - Proficiency
in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook required.
