organization. To help manage this growth, we are looking for ‘Finance Manager”at our
Headquarters Office to concentrate on Finance operations and data.

Headquarters Office to concentrate on Finance operations and data.
Duties
and Responsibilities

- Ensure that data is accurate and
timely. - Building the Finance team and giving
ownership to its members; leading weekly/monthly trainings to continue to
increase staff capacity and efficiency; create and track key performance
indicators. - Manage large amounts of data in
our accounting system and payroll system. - Support utilization of current
Finance documentation process and build system for enhanced document
retention and classification process. - Manage process for collecting and
distributing weekly cash needs across all districts where Tubura operates;
facilitate all payments to suppliers; support creation of a Procurement
department; enhance Tubura banking relationships; coordinate cross-country
to improve and standardize One Acre Fund-wide processes. - Manage and improve all monthly close
books processes; ensure that every cash account is balanced and that
revenue and credit reports are accurate for all programs, oversee all
payables, prepaid, revenue and distributions. Analyze the budget versus
actuals and participate in a monthly call to detail the results and
support launch of a new ERP system.
Requirements
- A university degree in Finance, Human
Resources or other related fields. Master’s Degree would be an added
advantage. - Ideally 3 to 5 years of professional
work experience in Finance in Rwanda. - Fluent in English, French and
Kinyarwanda. - Effective communication skills.
- Solid computer skills regarding
e-mail, internet usage, and Microsoft Word and Excel. - Friendly personality, professional
and proactive work attitude, as well as the ability to interact with
people from different backgrounds.
