ICT4D-Cooridnator – Plan Malawi – Mulanje
Will ensure the innovative and effective use of ICT including ICT4D in Plan’s
work within the Program Area and throughout Plan Malawi, The job holder will be
expected to implement PA plan of Country ICT strategies including: ICT
operations plan for PA, IT Business Continuity plan for PA, I
CT4D
implementation plan for PA, ICT infrastructure implementation plan for PA, ICT
capacity implementation plan for PA and Plan for the PA as a member of PA
management
Provides first line support ad network administration and network and server
support and support and troubleshooting for corporate systems at PA,
Participates in System/Project Rollout testing and certification, IT Procedures
and guidelines implemented effectively, Efficient IT infrastructure, Timely IT disaster
recovery as specified in IT business continuity plan, Ensure adherence to
corporate standards, design and architectures, Monthly ICT report on ICT
initiatives in the PA including ICT4 development in the communities, Work
closely with all Community Development Facilitators, Sponsorship Facilitators,
Programs and Sponsorship Coordinators and all Project staff to advance ICT4 in
all communities and project areas, Monthly Network security implementation and
performance report, monthly ICT systems Management report, Quarterly hardware
and software report
Degree or Advanced Diploma in computer Studies or equivalent with 3 yrs
experience working in an ICT4D environment, Relevant professional qualification
and management courses will be advantageous, Tea m Leadership, developing
others, Analytical Thinking, Information Seeking, Concern for Quality and
Order, Customer Services, Orientation, Organisation Awareness, Self Confidence,
Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels, High integrity
