Our client is a
serious player in the residential real estate market. With a presence in
multiple states across Australia and with a rent roll of over 5000 properties
in Sydney alone they are a force to be reckoned with.

Having recently
completed an internal restructure and with plans for further expansion and
acquisition of more businesses/rent rolls, they have created an exciting
position for someone to lead and

manage the team responsible for ‘New Business’
in Property Management within the Sydney marketplace.

Your mandate is
simple – to oversee and drive the acquisition of new managements across the
entire Sydney region. lead, inspire and motivate the team to achieve individual
and team goals/KPI’s. Your role will encompass recruitment, performance
management and training & development. You will conduct one-on-one coaching
sessions as well as more formal sales meetings and training to motivate the
team to achieve both individual and team targets/KPI’s.

We are seeking an
exceptional people manager – someone who can lead from the front and inspire
others. You may come from real estate sales, property management or new
business but regardless of your background you will be a person who thrives on
managing a team and can bring out the best in people.

In line with the
importance of this role, our client is prepared to offer a generous base salary
of $100K plus bonuses based on performance.
