    targets the 0-12 year old kids party market. We are starting to operate a
    company owned operation in Canberra to take over our existing business. We
    service the greater area of Canberra and Queanbeyan.

I am looking for a Branch Coordinator Contractor who can work from home and the
job pays a great FULL-TIME wage.

Tasks include:
• Delivery and Installation of Castles and Fairy Floss machines mainly on
Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays. Typically you can do between 6-11
per weekend.
• Some deliveries midweek for rentals and promotions (so you cannot have
another job)
• Emailing customers online invoices each evening.
• Building delivery run sheets. Collating the paperwork and getting them ready
for deliveries.
• Recruiting installers and supervisors and training them as your support
backup where needed. These people usually work very little as this is a
hands-on contract position.
• Depot management – Run a equipment depot from your home. You WILL need at
least 1.5 car space garage to use. You must store inside a fully locked up
garage.
• Banking and running credit cards daily and reconciling weekly incomes.
• Liaising with customers on early delivery times and following up on any
issues if any.
• Chasing deposits every 2 days for about 30% of bookings that do not pay
upfront with our call centre
• Maintaining castles and equipment using gluing and hand stitching techniques.
• 1 day per fortnight walking into preschools and putting in our brochures.

What available time you will need for this role:
• Be available to deliver and install castles on all weekends. You may
sometimes need to leave at 6am and finish at 9pm as it all depends on the hires
and seasons.
• Must have the ability to personally deliver castles midweek. Only about
10-15% of our business is on a weekday but with promotions and school holidays
that may increase from 1 midweek to 10 midweek during PEAK times.
• Be able to invest about 40-50 hours per week and be dedicated fully to
Jumping J-Jays around your family.

Who we are looking for:
Someone looking for a lifestyle change. Flexibility at home with a good support
network. Someone who values LOTS of free-time during midweek in exchange for
working most weekends. You need to be:
• Fit and healthy person that can manage moving and rolling castles that weigh
between 85-180 kilos using a trolley.
• Must LIVE in this delivery region
• Someone who does not stress over issues but deals with them
• Someone who can work without a boss breathing down their neck every day
• a leader with a can-do attitude
• Someone with a network that you can rely on around you
• A handy type of person that may be able to fix things as they come up

What tools you need and what you pay for:
• High speed internet at home with computer and printer
• Trolley
• Speak great English
• Garage at home (at least 1.5 car garage for all equipment)
• Drivers license
• Your own 6 cylinder vehicle with towbar or courier van to tow our trailer
• You maintain your own car and our trailer and pay for your own fuels and
running costs.

What we pay:
This is a 2 year self-employed contractor position so you look after your own
taxes and you get huge tax benefits.

The weekly contractors base rate is $800 per week.  You will always make
$800 a week even if there are no deliveries.

You also get $25 for every castle or amusement that you and your team
deliver. Last 12 months in Canberra it was 450 delivered so around
 $11,000 commissions!

Plus we also pay you 4% of all sales for castles so expect around an extra
$5,200

Our location has been running for 10 years and it will keep growing
as we get busier and put a supportive and forward thinking leader in place.
