winning top-tier law firm is seeking a full-time banking and finance paralegal
to join their Sydney CBD office.

You will be working
with the
big four Australian banks, global investment banks, insolvency and
accounting firms, fund managers, superannuation funds, regulatory bodies and
key Commonwealth and NSW government agencies in a fast paced environment.

Your duties
include:

• Reviewing
  Bank’s instructions and credit papers
• Preparing
  fee estimate
• Drafting
  facility letters based on the Bank’s standard documentation and variables
• Preparing
  security documents based on the Bank’s standard documentation
• Preparing
  ancillary documents based on the Bank’s standard documentation
• Reviewing
  trust deeds
• Liaising
  with the Bank in relation to any comments/feedback/amendments to
  documentation
