hands on full function accounting and administrative role.
You
will be responsible for all the accounting, commercial and operational aspects
of the business and be the key support person to the Directors of the company.

Key
responsibilities include:

- Accounting
and finance requirements for the business - Management
of the Companies Office and facilities. - Maintenance
of Balance Sheet and P&Ls. - Cash
Flow Management - Preparation
and lodgment of all Statutory returns. - Payroll
- Management
of Debtor Finance Facility - NAB
Online banking. - Accounts
payable / receivable functions. - Experience
with Sage Pastel Evolution an advantage. - Managing
and monitoring day to day operational issues and processes
To
be successful you will hold the following key competencies:

- Experience
in accounting, finance, budgeting, cost control, accounting principles. - Full
knowledge and understanding of all federal and state financial
regulations.
- Experience
in construction industry and an understanding of the payroll requirements - Cashflow
management is critical. - Friendly
and enthusiastic manner. - High
level of attention to detail. - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient
with MS Excel, Word, Outlook. - Ability
to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. - Ability
to work autonomously. - Professional
personal presentation. - Show
initiative and excellent problem solving skills. - Must
be energetic - Think
outside the square - Experience
with Sage Pastel Evolution advantageous
