Accountants – Grain Securities Limited – Limbe
Ensure that all transactions of the business have been properly accounted for
and accurately reflected, input and handling of financial data and reports for
general ledger system, Process, analyse and maintain the general ledger to
ensure the accuracy of transactions, proper coding and revenue and cost
allocation, Managing intercompany accounts, Managing Debtors and Creditors
Accounts, Prepare monthly general ledger balance sheet re
conciliations, Prepare
monthly, quarterly and annual general ledger analysis report, Prepare annual
analysis of the general ledger accounts for the annual audit, Be able to
reconcile Branch cash imprest, Be able to meet deadlines, Any other duties that
will be assigned from time to time
Diploma in Accountancy (hose with Bachelors Degree from a recognises
institutions will have added advantage), Computer literacy preferably ACCPAC
Knowledge will have an added advantage, must have at least 3 yrs job experience
in similar position, Must have initiative as this is a challenging job, Must be
able to work independently result oriented self starter and team player
Successful candidates will be reporting to the Senior Accountant and Finance
Manager
