Property Manager to join a professional Property Team. The opportunity to
expand your skills and develop your career further with a well respected blue
chip owner.

You will be
responsible for providing Administration support to the Property Management and
Asset Management teams, who look after the Commercial Office and Industrial
Portfolio.

Assistant
Property Manager – Key Duties-

Provide support to
Property Management & Asset Management teams in all administrative tasks.
Working alongside the Assistant Property Manager by:

  • Monitoring
    and supporting Property Managers monthly reporting requirements including
    financial reporting
  • Assisting
    with the management of the monthly timetables and deliver-ables including
    rent roll.
  • Monitor
    and support the collection of tenant Arrears with Property Managers
  • Assist
    in communications to tenants to achieve strong customer relationships and
    high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Assist
    in the management of Tenant, Facility Manager and Contractor queries
  • Creating
    and distributing correspondence as required. Responsible for the set up
    and maintenance of contact distribution lists, including mail merges.

Administration
and Office Tasks-

  • Assist
    with processing invoices as required
  • Co-ordinate
    meetings and manage diaries for team meetings
  • Organise
    fortnightly team meetings and agendas
  • Take
    minutes at meetings as required
  • Working
    together with the Assistant Property Manager to maintain the storage of
    electronic filing /scanned documents
  • Updating
    Property and Tenant details on Property Management System
  • Distribution
    of mail, Organising couriers, petty cash and Banking as required
  • Organise
    office catering when required and keep office tidy including loading and
    unloading the dishwasher.

About
you:

  • 3 years
    experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Administrator,
    Office Management in a property environment or in a similar role.
  • Experience
    working with a commercial and/or Industrial portfolio
  • High
    level computer literacy
  • Yardi
    experience preferred or MRI
  • Ability
    to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Willingness
    to learn form team and take direction
  • Strong
    automony and planning and organisation skills
