Bachelors Degree in either of the following – Food Science,
Environmental Science or Engineering, Minimum 2 yrs experience, Working
experience with a quality certification system either HACCP or ISO 9002, Lead
the Safety Health and Environment (SHE) Committee in line with the guidelines already
in place, Maintain all standards as set by MBS and the Ci
ty Health Dept in
Kitchen, Bakery and Meat factories, Oversee all hygiene issues throughout the
company premises, Maintain staff medicals at the intervals required by law, To
be responsible for quality control on all aspects of products made by the
different production units
