Due to business growth, we are recruiting a newly created, Sales &
Marketing Manager for the development of a new area within the Diabetes
portfolio, Non-Intensive Diabetes.
Medtronic’s Non-Intensive Diabetes Therapy (NDT) portfolio will focus on
addressing the needs of patients with type 2 diabetes who do not use intensive
insulin regimens and provide solutions along the diabetes care continuum. This
team, working together with our partners, patients, providers and payers,
focuses on developing product and solutions to improve clinical outcomes and
reduce the burden of managing type 2 diabetes.
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will;
- Develop
the ANZ market for the Medtronic Diabetes Business Unit focused on
patients who may not require intensive insulin therapy. - Deliver
revenue and profit targets through alternative sales channels as well as
identifying and leading strategic partnerships with various stakeholders
and healthcare providers to grow the NDT business in ANZ. - Developing
and executing strategic plans for the NDT business unit and work in close
collaboration with the Medtronic Diabetes ANZ marketing, sales, and
leadership teams to ensure success.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a proven track record in a
sale and marketing leadership, ideally within the healthcare industry (Medical
Devices or Diabetes Therapy experience preferred). Your experience should cover
a diverse portfolio including; marketing development, product management,
education and sales. Superior communication and negotiation skills are critical
to the success of this role. Tertiary qualifications in science or business are
preferred.
