Limited has built a state of the art food processing factory in Salima,
Malawi. The company is a values based agro-processing business working
closely with local communities to grow and process fruit, within the
requirements of the Rainforest Alliance international sustainability standards.

Operations) Limited seeks to fill the following vacancies and appoint
hardworking and driven individuals to become part of its dynamic team.
Dozer Operator – (Re- advertisement)
To carry out all operations requiring the use of a dozer on the farm including
push piling, dam wall/band forming, bush clearing, demolishing bands or
leveling drain spoil, back filling drains or holes and ripping
Risk assessments – Assess risks associated to land
clearance, then advising manager/tractor driver on problems encountered during
an operation and suggesting best approach to achieve desired result using
his/her experience on the machine capabilities,
Quality – Prepare land to exact specification of
company stated policy for farming
Applicants should have a minimum of a JCE and have experience in driving
dozers, He/she should be familiar with operating a dozer and farm implementing
such as a heavy duty ridger. The candidate should demonstrate the ability
to work independently and with minimum supervision
Those with an MSCE and a National Trade Test Certificate in Motor Vehicle
Mechanics will have an added advantage
