In today’s complex business environment, successful projects are vital in
ensuring business success. As such, we are looking for a professional and
experienced Project Manager with extensive Infrastructure experience to join
our ever expanding Professional Services Team on a 3 month contract.

Based in Melbourne’s CBD this project is largely based around the rollout of a
Call Centre Cloud Solution.

To be considered for this position you will have previous experience working
for a Vendor and you will have participated in a wide scale technology
implementation, along with experience and strengths in the following;

5 + years’ experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager, including:

  • Full
    project life cycle delivery from initiation through planning to build,
    test, implementation, migration and post implementation review
  • Cloud
    and Contact/Call Centre experience is a must
  • Scope
    of Work development and negotiation
  • Budget
    management, cost control and forecast reporting
  • Schedule
    development, resource planning & utilisation management
  • 3rd
    party vendor scope definition, commercial negotiation & management
  • Governance;
    minutes/actions/issues/risks/change requests/quality control &
    management
  • Project
    status reporting, steering committee facilitation & management
  • Stakeholder
    management & communication
  • PMO
    compliance  
To
be successful in this role, and contribute to the organisation’s success, you
will need to be a hands-on, responsive problem solver with the following core
skills:
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability
    to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical staff at all
    levels of the organisation.
  • Previous
    experience writing technical documentation and user guides
  • Detail
    oriented, ability to multi-task, plan, and execute multiple concurrent
    activities and priorities.
  • Outstanding
    analytical, observation and organisational skills
  • Excellent
    troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
  • Possess
    management and leadership qualities
