Expressive Arts Facilitator – Umoza Program – St John
of God Hospitaller Services
Will report to the Umoza Coordinator and will be
responsible for teaching music (tradition/acoustic and electric music
insruemnts0, Dances, Drama, poetry to children in the program, de
monstrate
flexibility to engage and conduct street outreach to reach out to children in
the streets of the city, and be somebody who can bring about behaviour change,
inspire confidence and be a model for the children
Certificate in Music and those with MSCE and at least 3 yrs experience in the
field will be considered, Training and or experience in Behavioural Change and
Communication is an added advantage, Good interpersonal relations; analytical
skills’ advocacy skills and computer literacy, Experience working with orphans,
vulnerable, under privileged children and children with different challenges
will be an added advantage
