Switchboard Operator – Administration – St John of God

Will be reporting to the Administrative Secretary d will be responsible for
pertaining a multi-line switchboard, operate various standard office machines,
maintaining accurate and detailed records, Performing reception tasks in an
effective and professional manner, filing data and performing routine assigned
clerical duties
Impressive telephone etiquette, G
reat communication skills as well as ability
to work with others in close manner, Exceptional computer skills, good
organising and planning skills, Able to react effectively and calmly in
emergencies and able to work under rigorous pressure, Able to maintain
customer/clients confidentiality
MSCE, Training in Front Office Management, Over 5 yrs experience in call centre
in a busy institution
