Accounts Assistant (Debtors)
A vacancy exists for immediate filling of Accounts Assistant
(Debtors) preferably with vast experience in debt collection ranging from 3 to
5 yrs or more of debt collection. Interested applicants should be
holders of Diploma in Accounting from recognized professional
bodies. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Company

Rigorous debt collection, Recording of cheques in the cheque
register, Producing of weekly debtors schedule, Ensuring that all customers are
provided with WHT exemption certificates, Timely allocation of all receipts to
individual debtors accounts, Liaising with debtor’s clerk on completeness of
invoicing and customer statements, Prompt resolution of debtors queries in
liaison with debtor clerk, Handling of all legal matters and report status,
Carrying out monthly stock taking, Any other duties assigned by management from
time to time
