Reporting to the Head-Human Resources, the L&D Manager will be
responsible for developing, executing, monitoring and evaluating the
organisation’s Learning and Development (L&D) and Organis

Providing L&D as well as OD Consulting and advisory services
to business units, Conducting needs analysis processed and identifying
L&D/OD related issues, Ensuring that L&D policy and procedures are
developed, revised where appropriate and implemented to direct L&D efforts,
Reporting quantifiable and quality benefits of L&D to stakeholders to
inform value-added business impact, Ensure budget allocation for L&D by
stakeholders and track utilization vis-à-vis critical skills and talent
development, Ensure management and maintenance of L&D systems, facilities,
equipment, stationery and logistics, Change management and project management
of all key people initiatives in the organization, Managing employee wellness
to business units, Conducting needs analysis processed and identifying

A Bachelors Degree in a related field + a Masters Degree will be
an added advantage, Minimum of 4 yrs experience in design and delivery of
training and development programs, Team building + facilitation + communication
+ negotiation skills
