Community Facilitator – 12 posts – Mwanza, Neno,
Rumphi, Nkhatatabay – Save the Children– Save the Children

Reporting to the District Coordinator, the Community Facilitator will provide
direction and supervision on all aspects of community engagement and
participation in targeted project area
s, She/h will lead activities at the
community level, focusing on the capacity building of grassroots organisations
and community leaders, She/he will work closely with community members to plan
and implement action cycle in exploring and acting upon the key issues that
help or hinder access to SRH services and the achievement of SRH rights. 
In addition the incumbent will ensure uniformity and quality of training
materials in all project areas whit the district to be delivered in targeted
locations, and provides guidance to project team m embers on community dynamics
which will influence uptake of project activities leading to successful
realisation of the expected outcomes

Applicants should have at least diploma in a health related field, social
sciences or community development with at least 3 yrs experience working
directly with communities on health-related issues and preferably sexual
reproductive health, demonstrated experience in facilitation and mobilising
support for community based activities and k knowledge of community action
cycle will be desirable
