District, is looking to fill a full time Marketing Assistant position.
Skills
and Qualifications:
- Post-secondary
education - Proficient
in MS Office (Word, Excel) - Excellent
judgement, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are
imperative - Confidence
in ability to work in a fast paced environment - Exceptional
organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities - Excellent
oral and written communication - A
minimum of one to two (1-2) years admin/marketing experience preferred
Key
Responsibilities:
- Assisting
with various client marketing requests; sales plans, managing domains,
etc. - Coordinating
PR/promotion/communication initiatives such as quarterly newsletters,
managing online presence, trade shows, etc. - Administrative
support, including travel, expense reports, maintaining calendars, and
miscellaneous administrative duties
