Canada’s fastest
growing full service DRTV agency, located in Toronto’s historic Distillery
District, is looking to fill a full time Marketing Assistant position. 

Skills
and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary
    education
  • Proficient
    in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent
    judgement, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail are
    imperative
  • Confidence
    in ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional
    organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent
    oral and written communication
  • A
    minimum of one to two (1-2) years admin/marketing experience preferred

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Assisting
    with various client marketing requests; sales plans, managing domains,
    etc.
  • Coordinating
    PR/promotion/communication initiatives such as quarterly newsletters,
    managing online presence, trade shows, etc.
  • Administrative
    support, including travel, expense reports, maintaining calendars, and
    miscellaneous administrative duties
