The LINKAGES Program
Assistant will support all of the LINKAGES staff
members administratively as required to carry-out the program. The Program Assistant will be instrumental in
staff travel arrangements, setting up meetings, phone calls, arranging for per
diem and transport payments for meeting participants and assisting with letter,
memos, reports and PowerPoint presentations

Higher National Diploma in business management, development,
health or a related field.

At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role preferably with a
non-governmental organization (NGO).

Knowledge of general office practices and administrative

Knowledge of working relations and liaison with government
ministries, agencies and departments.

must be resourceful in gathering and providing information.

Previous experience in Sub-Saharan Africa is strongly preferred;
Malawi experience is a plus.
