Qualification
and skills
minimum Bachelors
degree in Nursing, psychology, Public health or other related field; Minimum of
5 years experience; must have training in any other HIV prevention intervention
(PMTCT, ART and EID) and a health background; Demonstrated experience in
designing, implementing quality assurance as part of HIV testing program ;
Knowledgeable in strategic thinking , planning and organising, team leadership,
change management , innovation, problem solving and decision making, mentoring
an
d coaching and networking; Computer literacy in Word, Excel and powerPoint
are required; Clean class A and B driving license.
Personal attributes
A commited and
well-standing Christian; Excellent oral communication and writting skills.
Excellent interpersonsl skills; proven record of integrity and accountability
with crime free record; Ability to travel extensively in remote areas; A team
player;accurate, thorough and timely at carrying out tasks; must not be less
than twenty five (25) years of age.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance in
the processes of long, medium and short term planning and implementation of
project activities; Collaborate with district health management teams;provide
supervision, mentoring and on the job trainning for all project staff including
identification of capacity gaps and updatint their knowledge; monitor and
evaluate projrct activities; Exercise stewardship over equipment and supplies.
