Qualifications:
- Advanced
degree preferred in agriculture, economics, or a related area - Proven
record in successfully delivering technical assistance - Proven
managerial/supervisory experience as well as strong writing and
interpersonal skills - Experience
with USAID highly preferred - Experience
working collaboratively with the government of Malawi, international
donors, and local organizations - At
least 10 years of experience promoting agricultural production and
marketing and policy reform - Demonstrated
leadership, versatility, and integrity - Fluency
in English required; fluency in Chichewa a plus
