Implementing and delivering
project activities by set deadlines, Monitoring project activities based on set
milestones and within the required time frame, Ensuring cohesion of district
stakeholders to enhance integrated project approach, Understand and apply the project
cycle in implementing the project time consolidation and submission

narrative reports to the manager, Initiative, organize and facilitate regular
technical stakeholders meeting at project level, Document lessons learnt, case
stories and provide feedback/reports to stakeholders and management, Prompt and
timely liquidation of spent funds on activities, Collect and verify entered
beneficiaries data for the project, Secures information and records for the
project as backups in timely manner, Perform any other duties that
may be assigned by the office from time to time

Excellent leadership with ability to
influence and motivate team members, Sound negotiating, problem solving and decision
making skills, Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritise work
issues to meet deadlines with minimal supervision, The ability to work
proactively, analyse implementation challenges and offer solutions, Knowledge
of project management with at least 3 yrs experience in a similar role, Willing
to work in odd hours, Resilience to difficult situations, Ability to work with
other stakeholders on Special Needs Education, Be a committed Christian, Able
to make decision on crucial issues when the Education Secretary is away,
Reliable and trustworthy, Honest and transparent on reporting to donors

Qualified with a degree in a n appropriate
discipline and those with Diplomas coupled with displayed vast experience in
