Tetsuya’s Restaurant,Pastry Chef Jobs in Australia

Tetsuya’s
requires the services of passionate and focused Pastry Chefs.
Training
will be provided as you progress through our mixed sections to prepare a
degustation menu of ten courses.
We
expect that you have a minimum of one year experience as a Pastry and be
holding Trade qualifications of Certificate

 3 in Commercial Cookery or
Certificate 3 in Patissiere  and complete understanding of Food Safety
principles along with Occupational and Health procedures .

This
position is full time and consists of four
single
shifts Tuesday to Friday and one double shift on Saturday .
Sunday
and Monday the restaurant is closed along with all public holidays.
