position:

Due
to continual growth, this is a newly created position. Reporting to the
Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are
completed within budget and on time. Your responsibilities will include,
but not be limited to the following:

- Prepare
and complete the submissions for project plans - Ensure
that project objectives and specifications are achieved - Be
responsible for supervisors and ensuring that they meet deadlines and
targets - Document
control and quality assurance - Manage
stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants and other key
personnel - Coordinate
and manage all subcontractors - Undertake
necessary investigations, inspections and engineering analysis - Manage
the scope of works, resource requirements, budgets and safety standards - Build
and maintain key relationships with suppliers
To
be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

- Demonstrated
experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years’ with a civil
construction contractor in Perth - Degree
in Civil Engineering - Construction
Management Degree or Post Grad in Project Management - Experience
working on subdivision projects in the Perth metro area - Must
have excellent MS Project experience - Sound
verbal and written communication skills - Excellent
time management and organisational skills - Exceptional
analytical and problem solving skills - Great
attention to detail
