Skills Facilitator – Save the children 


Reporting to the SMART Coordinator, the SMART Skill Field Facilitator shall be
responsible for working with rural communities at the grass root level,
stakeholders and partners on all skills of marketing and rural transformation
works.  He/she shall be responsible for conducting sensitisation m

eetings,
community mobilisation an delivering technical support and oversight to SILC
Field Agents and Marketing Advisors partners, youth, SILC and marketing groups
to build their capacities.  SMART Skill Field Facilitator shall be
responsible for facilitating planning, implementation, monitoring and
evaluation of all related SAMRT skills, interventions in coordination with
SMART Skills Coordinator.  He/she will be responsible for provision and
submission of reports on all SMART skills activities and lessons learnt and
challenges that need attention of Facilitators.  He/she shall be
responsible for developing monthly detailed activity implementation plans
including
 expenditure projects and other appropriate requirements.

Applicants should have a Diploma In business Administration, agribusiness,
Finance, or Enterprise development, or other similar social and development
related fields such as Social Science, Sociology, Development Studies,
Community Development or Rural Development with at least 2 yrs relevant work
experience in extension activities, community mobilisation, Marketing and SILC
