Bachelors Degree in Agribusiness or related field, Must have proven good people
management skills, Hands-on business management skills and commodity
trading/marketing, Experience in working with smallholder farmers, Project
management skills, At least 3
yrs working experience in a similar environment,
Must have an understanding of the agribusiness sector and experience in farming
as a business
